Read alouds are a vital component of literacy. They promote student engagement, enhance comprehension skills, and improve reading and writing skills. That's why I've been posting weekly read alouds on the Library Story Time page of this website. But if you're looking for even more stories to enjoy, other CPS librarians are here to help! The Department of Libraries has launched daily live read alouds for any CPS student to join.
