The Chicago Public Library makes many resources available for free without ever stepping foot in the library. Read below to learn about them!

Chicago Public Schools subscribes to several research/learning databases that provide general information on thousands of topics of interest to students, such as animals, biographies, history, science, and more. Take some time to explore the sites below!
Ms. Mernick usually sees students in grades PK-2 for story time in the library, and she misses seeing their smiling faces! But just because we're apart doesn't mean we can't still have story time. During the school closure, she has brought story time online. Each week, she sends PreK through 2nd grade teachers a new video to share with their classes. Watch for additional learning resources related to the books too!
Welcome to the Clinton Library remote learning resource blog - a home for tools and information to use during the school closure and beyond. I will continue to post content here each week for teachers, students and families. The resources here will support the projects, enrichment, skill practice, and (of course!) reading students are doing during this time.
Have questions or suggestions for future posts? Email Ms. Mernick anytime at [email protected]. |
